Service overview
Triple SSS Services provides professional cleaning and janitorial services for commercial, residential, and specialized facilities. The details of each service—including scope, frequency, and pricing—will be outlined in a written agreement, quote, or service contract before work begins.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Triple SSS Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Service Scope & Revisions
The scope of each job will be clearly defined in your service agreement. Any additional tasks, extra cleaning, or changes outside the agreed scope may result in added charges. We will always notify you and receive approval before performing additional billable work.
Payments & Fees
Payment terms will be stated in your agreement or invoice. Most projects require a deposit or first-service payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to your billing schedule. Late payments may result in service delays, late fees, or service suspension.
Access & Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective service, you agree to provide:
- Accurate information about your space and cleaning needs
- Access to the facility or property at scheduled times

Delays caused by a lack of access or required information may affect your service schedule.
Health, Safety, & Environment
Our team follows strict safety and sanitation procedures. If areas are unsafe, hazardous, or violate health standards, we reserve the right to pause or refuse service until conditions are corrected.
Supplies & Equipment
Triple SSS Services provides its own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise stated. If a client requests specific products or equipment, this must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing.
Intellectual Property & Marketing Use
Any checklists, cleaning plans, or operational materials created by Triple SSS remain the property of Triple SSS Services. We may request permission to use before-and-after photos of your facility for marketing purposes, but we will never do so without your explicit approval.
Confidentiality
All client information, facility details, access codes, and personal data will be kept confidential. We do not share or sell client information to third parties unless required by law.
Warranties & Limitations of Liabilities
Triple SSS Services strives to deliver high-quality cleaning with professionalism and care. However, we do not guarantee perfection or results beyond what is reasonably achievable through cleaning services.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper maintenance, or issues unrelated to our work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. Clients must provide notice (typically 24–48 hours, depending on the agreement) to cancel or reschedule a service. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Terminations of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. You are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Triple SSS Services operates.
Changes to Terms
Triple SSS Services may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
